We try to make your shopping experience a breeze by creating a quick and efficient ordering process and by accepting all major credit cards.

To place an order Online

Browse through any department by clicking on a link such as ‘Little Cowgirls’ or ‘Accessories’. When you see an item you like, click on ‘Add to Cart’ and continue shopping. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on ‘View Cart’ (located in the top right corner) to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on ‘Check Out’ and complete the information required in the following screens to finish.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks for mail orders. Please note, if a personal check is the method of payment then the shipment of merchandise may be delayed until such funds are cleared through the purchaser's bank.

Sales tax

It is required that we collect sales tax for items purchased by customers in California.

 

Shipping Information

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Overnight delivery is available for most items shipping within the continental U.S.

Post Office boxes

Orders sent to P.O. boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail. Expedited orders cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

All Cowgirl Attitude® merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

Cowgirl Attitude® is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
